Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you would like to exchange or return an item for a refund, you have 30 days after receiving your item to do so.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage delivery or return costs. 

To start an exchange or return, message us at presents@brinkworth.com and we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Please return your item in the same condition you received, unworn and unused, in the original re-usable returns envelope. Returns are your responsibility until we safely receive the item, so we ask that you package the item carefully and use a tracked posting method.

We will let you know once we've received your return. If the item passes the return checks, you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
